Originally, I planned to focus purely on the art of compiling an elecronic portfolio for my sixth Form Applied ICT students. Being used to end of course examinations, the prospect of putting together an e-book for assessment was a daunting task for some.
However, as they continued to work, I noticed some interesting principles emerging.
Therefore, as well as a few crib-sheets and teacher resources, I'll be adding a few short articles commenting on the ongoing debate on the different purposes envisaged by advocates of electronic portfolios and the ways in which we can build on the gains, while minimising risks.
